Total Security Services International, Inc. (TSSI) Awarded Contract to
Promote Anti-Terrorism and Law Enforcement Training Facility

SILVER SPRING, MD - September 25, 2008 - Total Security Services
International, Inc. (TSSI) announced today that it has been awarded a
contract by Weston Solutions Inc. to promote and market the Center for
Security Training and Technology (C-STAT). Under this agreement TSSI
will be responsible for assisting developers in securing tenants and
establishing key partnerships within the business and defense community
to promote and market this innovative next-generation training facility.
TSSI will also provide program management support.

Our nation's first post-9 /11 all hazards training facility, C-STAT,
will be located at Maryland's Aberdeen Proving Ground and will offer
the latest advances in live-action training for federal, state and local
personnel, private sector companies and owners of critical
infrastructure. C-STAT will enable the private sector to train and
conduct exercises alongside federal, state and local counterparts on a
secure, federal installation. This unique blending of both worlds will
result in a world class federal facility that takes advantage of
valuable input and injects private sector experience into the early
stages of research and development.

Cutting edge anti-terrorism, disaster response and urban warfare
training will be available at C-STAT to law enforcement and military
personnel. This 1300 acre facility will boast a campus style setting and
will contain a wide array of mock urban scenarios including
comprehensive critical infrastructure that can be used for large-scale
group exercises. C-STAT's water access will enable maritime and port
security training. The training facility will also contain a variety of
educational, meeting and administrative space, lodging and recreation
amenities. C-STAT's secure, technology-driven facility is in close
proximity to Washington D.C., offering increased accessibility that will
maximize facility usage.

Through this contract, C-STAT will benefit tremendously from the
expertise of high-powered national homeland security experts including
Joe Allbaugh and Major General (Ret) Wallace Arnold, both currently
serving on TSSI's Critical Infrastructure Protection Strategic Advisory
Group (CIPSAG).

"At TSSI we firmly believe in taking a proactive approach to protecting
our nation's critical infrastructure and we follow a total preparedness
methodology. To be truly protected and prepared, we must engage both the
public and the private sector," said Don L. Rondeau, President and CEO
of TSSI. "This training facility will pave the way for improved threat
identification and analysis, planning, asset protection, rapid response
and recovery and training programs, and will bring the nation's top
research and development companies together in a top-notch facility.
Already there has been tremendous response to our efforts to promote
C-STAT. We look forward to our role in launching this valuable homeland
security asset and to playing a pivotal role in improving the readiness
of our homeland."
